Sibiya bail hearing takes dramatic turn over Fannie Nkosi allegation

Suspended police Sergeant Fannie Nkosi has been identified as the alleged link between Vusimusi “Cat” Matlala and former deputy national police commissioner Shadrack Sibiya, according to claims by businessman Serge Cabonge played in a recording at the Randburg Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday.
